Term and Condition of Rental

The office man hereby confirms to grant the hire of his car/bike to the hirer. Who’s the name and signature are in forward page under the terms described here below:

1. The hirer confirms the good condition of the car upon delivery.

2. The hirer agrees to return the car/bike in the same good condition, with all tires, tools and accessories at the date agreed by both parties. Rental period will only be extended with the approval of the owner, otherwise the daily or hourly rent as decided under this agreement, will be surcharged with 50% of the rate agreed.

3. No other person is allowed to make use of the car/bike except the hirer, who, when driving, should not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4. The hirer agrees to confirm to traffic rules and should not use the car/bike for racing or contests of any sort, an rough ground of sandy areas, or on any other area which may damage the car/bike or is for bitten by th Traffic Authorities.

5. The hirer agrees that he is the only responsible and he must pay all the fines given to the car/bike at the period mentioned in this rental agreement.

6. In the case of whatever damage, the hirer agrees to immobilize the car/bike in a safe place and inform the owner.

7. The hirer acknowledges personal liability upon return of the car/bike to pay in a full the rent, and whatever extra charges have occured due to damages or delays of the agreed time of delivery.

8. The hirer is notified that the insurance draw on the car/bike protects him personal injuries. However, the hirer is not covered for the following two causes . A) If a passenger of the car/bike has been inured as a result of an accident caused by the hirer. B) If the car/bike has been involved in an accident while driven by a person other than the hirer.

9. In the case of an accident the hirer should report immediately to the owner giving details of the event in full.

10. Any misunderstandings of disagreements between the owner and the river will be under the jurisdiction of the Greek Legal Authorities.

11. The hirer must return the car/bike with the same quantity of fuel.

12. Customer has the responsibility in case of steal.

13. Is not allowed to customers to drive motorbikes and cars to other islands.
