The TRK 502 is made in a traditional Benelli steel frame, its engine is 2-cylinder, 4-stroke, water-cooled, it is 500cc, where it was created by Benelli exclusively for its latest new models. It has electronic injection, timing system with two camshafts and 4 valves per cylinder. Maximum power is 48 PS (35 kW) at 8,500 rpm and maximum torque is 45 Nm (4.6 kg) at 4,500 rpm, which means perfect response in all conditions. The 6-speed gearbox is controlled by a liquid, multi-disc mechanical clutch that provides easy control.

The shape of the model, adventurous and expressive, surprises at first glance, thanks to a huge tank, which provides fuel capacity of 20 liters, and the headlight (mainly led) with exciting design and a front wing that steals the show.

The suspension offers maximum comfort for the rider and passenger, thanks to a telescopic upside-down fork with a diameter of 50 mm and 135 mm of travel as well as a diagonal shock absorber with the ability to adjust spring preload and damping.

The TRK 502 offers maximum comfort to its rider, thanks to a well-designed aerodynamic fairing and gelatin while there are also "handfuls" to protect the rider's hands in standard equipment.

This is evident from the performance of the braking system, which is equipped with a front with 320mm double disc brakes and four-piston calipers, while at the rear there is a 260mm disc with a single piston caliper. Both brake circuits work with Bosch's latest generation ABS system.

The wheels are 17 "and made of aluminum alloy.

The tires are Pirelli Angel 120 / 70-17 and 160 / 60-17.
